It was time to head off campus to see what we could do in the neighborhood. There was a late drop in the HCs. (We missed you!)

Heading east…stopping at each block add an exercise so last block had all 7 exercises.

35 Mountain Climbers (4 count)
Headed north to come back west on a new street. Noted the great hospital zoning that offered that part of town. Broken into teams to handle reps. Reps were multiplied by # of team members + 1. Taking away an exercise each so last block was only burpees.

I shared that I had a great end to my week driven by my chance to be with humans in real life instead of by screen. No major story or lesson here. Just wanted to share my excitement and energy that I got from being in real life!
