Thang
To a music playlist of songs sung in between 3rd and 4th quarters of college football games, we did ~0.5 mile lap around the Tundra doing exercises at random spots. The mode of transportation was doing curls while walking in-between the sets of exercises (probably exceeded 200 curls in total). Probably don’t recall all the exercises, yet they included;
10 blockies
25 overheads
30 step-ups
30 big bois
15 kettlebells
40 dips
10 blockies
40 squats
15 thrusters
50 LBC’s
25 decline merkins
Running backwards / then forwards on the 3 tennis courts on the outer lines of each tennis court
20 step overs the block
20 goof balls
probably some other stuff

COT
Being a huge IU fan, talked about the change Cignetti has brought to IU from changing the mentality of the program/university, how focused hard work doing it right and doing it again until you get it right leads to the potential of great outcomes. Essentially, put in the work the right way and you’ll be in position to reap the rewards
