Carries around the park: pick a technique (Goblet, rifle, farmer) and travers the perimeter. If you have to stop and rest, drop your sack and jog back to the AO and up/down the stairs. Then get back to your sack and continue til you complete the loop. Then,
25 reps each: curls, rows, squat thrusts, dips
Then, start another lap with a different carry.
Rinse and repeat.
