PAX partner up. PAX 1 starts running backwards, PAX 2 does 3 pushups, then sprints forward to catch PAX 1. Then PAX 2 runs backwards while PAX 1 does 3 pushups. Repeat all the way around the field. Alternate between 3 pushups (for both PAX) and 3 big boy situps.
