- Shuttle pig pickers: roll coupons end‑to‑end for a couple minutes to wake up the shoulders and hips

Picking up the Bail Money (15 min)
- Start with coupon at east corner of north endzone, then proceed to midfield (50) clockwise with coupon as rifle carry and perform the following exercises until time is up:
- 20 Merkins (50 east sideline)
- 20 Curls (50 west sideline)
- 20 Big Boys (NW corner)
- 20 Skull Crushers (NE corner)
Evading the Gunmen (15 min)
Alternate the following two exercises until time is up:

- Cocaine Bears to 50 yd line and back
- Murder Bunny from one side of the endzone to the other (back the other direction after another round of Cocaine Bears)
Carrying the Bag through the Desert (15 mins)
- PAX are positioned in a circle
- Q takes 70lb sandbag clockwise 1X around circle then to next PAX to handoff and continue around circle.
- While waiting at each spot:
- Plank
- Leg Lifts
- Side Plank – left
- Side plank – right
