WARMUP:  SSHs, Imperials, DQs, Daisy Pickers, Rossies, LBCs, Seal Claps
THE THANG: Jog a mile to Hett Park in Berwyn. 10 BOMBS, then sprint the length of the park (.25 miles), then jog back (.25 miles). We did this 3x (30 BOMBS, 1.5 miles), then ran the mile back to Eagles Landing.

COT: Dr. Lindsay Gibson wrote a book called “Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents.” I listened to an excellent podcast interview of the author just prior to hosting my mother for a week. It was a revelation and gave language to so many vexing difficulties that have strained our relationship for decades. I highly recommend checking it out if you struggle to connect meaningfully with a parent or colleague.
