WARMUP: Batwings, Don Quixotes, Daisy pickers, Rossys
THE THANG: ruck a small 1/3 mile loop stopping to do 15 rucked wall merkins, 15 merkins at two spots, next 3/4 mile loop had 15 rucked wide wall merkins, 15 wide merkins, and 15 dips. Final 1.8 mile loop had 15 diamond wall merkins, 15 diamond merkins and 25 dips. Throughout ruck PAX discussed favorite sports movies, and reflected on why we are drawn to those movies/stories. Some PAX resented sports in their youth, or were not even exposed to sports at all. Solid discussion
