- continuous for getting heart rate up, mobility and warming muscles
- Human Burpee mixed in w/ three variations (two-handed swing, clean+press up / snatch down, snatch up / C+P down)
Thang:
Snatch – spent 15 mins working on sets of 100. Most guys finished 2 sets.
Recommended pattern 20R, 20L, 15R, 15L, 10, 10, 5, 5 though grip and shoulders began to fail and increasingly difficult to achieve continuous high reps.
COT – gratitude for coming out in support, especially in these cold/dark mornings.
